My full name is Dr. Timothy Ralph Scott, and I’m a retired Internal Medicine physician. The title of my book is Heartbeats of Hope—a name I truly love, and one that I believe Chronicle Associates can take most of the credit for coming up with. The book tells my life story, with all of its highs and lows—the good, the bad, the wonderful, the terrible. I had all this emotional turmoil and life experience churning inside of me, and I felt I needed to share it. Doing it alone would have taken forever. I could have dictated it on audio, sure, but organizing everything and actually creating a structured manuscript was something I couldn’t manage by myself. I looked for help and was advised to try LinkedIn. That’s where I connected with Chronicle Associates. In no time at all, they reached out to me, and from there, everything just took off.
